Using mobile-first products and machine learning-powered models, Tilt evaluates over 250 real-time financial signals to unlock opportunities for hardworking people. Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (US-based)
  • Travel required twice yearly for company offsites
  • Collaboration with teams across time zones

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure the AI Agent resolves customer questions quickly and accurately
  • Review conversations and performance data to identify issues and improvements
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to enhance AI capabilities
  • Prioritize automation opportunities based on customer insights and data
  • Recommend changes to content, workflows, and integrations for smoother experiences
  • Monitor AI performance and share updates with the team
  • Influence broader customer support strategies using AI-driven learnings

What You Need

  • 4+ years in customer support, customer experience, or support operations
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level conversational AI or virtual agent platforms
  • Experience with cross-functional projects and process improvements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate insights into recommendations
  • Comfortable with dashboards, support analytics, and understanding APIs
  • Fintech background preferred, but not required
  • Bonus: experience with Git or programming basics

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000 – $95,000 salary range plus equity options
  • Work-from-home reimbursement and flexible health plans
