Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (US-based)
- Travel required twice yearly for company offsites
- Collaboration with teams across time zones
What You’ll Do
- Ensure the AI Agent resolves customer questions quickly and accurately
- Review conversations and performance data to identify issues and improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to enhance AI capabilities
- Prioritize automation opportunities based on customer insights and data
- Recommend changes to content, workflows, and integrations for smoother experiences
- Monitor AI performance and share updates with the team
- Influence broader customer support strategies using AI-driven learnings
What You Need
- 4+ years in customer support, customer experience, or support operations
- Proficiency in enterprise-level conversational AI or virtual agent platforms
- Experience with cross-functional projects and process improvements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate insights into recommendations
- Comfortable with dashboards, support analytics, and understanding APIs
- Fintech background preferred, but not required
- Bonus: experience with Git or programming basics
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 – $95,000 salary range plus equity options
