Through compassionate counseling, Navicore provides support in personal finance, consumer credit, housing, foreclosure prevention, student loans, disaster recovery, and bankruptcy education. Their mission is to strengthen the well-being of individuals and families through education, guidance, and advocacy.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Flexible 40-hour schedule within business operating hours
- All training is provided remotely
- Technology and equipment provided by Navicore
What You’ll Do
- Provide financial counseling by phone to clients experiencing hardship
- Guide individuals and families through available options to find tailored solutions
- Use proprietary CMS software to capture communication and data points
- Manage high call volume while maintaining quality standards
- Handle referrals from clients, partners, and industry representatives
- Work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment suitable for phone counseling
- Obtain NFCC and HUD Housing Counselor Certification within 6 months of hire
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, finance, case management, or social services
- Strong computer literacy with ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Professional phone communication skills in a high-volume environment
- Ability to multi-task with multiple software tools (CMS, Outlook, Adobe, Word, soft-phone)
- Willingness to be coachable and receptive to feedback
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

- Time management, multitasking, and organizational strengths
- Compassionate approach with the ability to provide clear direction
- Experience in call-center productivity standards
