Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role with flexible schedules by time zone:
    • ET: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    • CT: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • MT: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
    • PT: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Shifts run Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
  • Initial training Monday–Friday before moving to permanent schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver positive customer experiences and troubleshoot technical issues by phone, email, or chat
  • Manage service request tickets and escalate when needed
  • Develop product knowledge of Allegion’s mechanical, keypad, and integrated solutions
  • Build trust with customers through consistent follow-through and issue resolution
  • Meet service level agreements and contribute to team chats and forums
  • Represent Allegion’s values by creating a customer-centric support experience

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • At least 12 months of call center experience (preferred)
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM (corrected)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic web applications
  • Familiarity with smart device apps preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment
