Schedule
- Full-time, remote role with flexible schedules by time zone:
- ET: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- CT: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- MT: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- PT: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Shifts run Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
- Initial training Monday–Friday before moving to permanent schedule
What You’ll Do
- Deliver positive customer experiences and troubleshoot technical issues by phone, email, or chat
- Manage service request tickets and escalate when needed
- Develop product knowledge of Allegion’s mechanical, keypad, and integrated solutions
- Build trust with customers through consistent follow-through and issue resolution
- Meet service level agreements and contribute to team chats and forums
- Represent Allegion’s values by creating a customer-centric support experience
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- At least 12 months of call center experience (preferred)
- Typing speed of 35 WPM (corrected)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic web applications
- Familiarity with smart device apps preferred
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment
