Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (40 hours total)
- Must be available 8 AM – 9 PM EST, including weekends
- Must live in AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, KS, MO, VA, IN, or TX
What You’ll Do
- Answer calls, texts, and emails for scheduling, directions, and general inquiries
- Transfer all medical questions to TeleAdvice Support team members
- Ensure high-quality customer service and patient care support
- Champion Petfolk’s values and provide seamless experiences for clients
What You Need
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- 1+ year of veterinary reception experience (required)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work weekends and EST business hours
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Vetspire, Gladly, EMR platforms, Slack, or Google Suite
