Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours)
- Shifts available 8 AM – 9 PM EST, including rotating weekends
- Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN, MO, IN, VA, or TX
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to pet parents via phone, text, and email
- Assist with scheduling, pet care guidance, and general support
- Route medical questions to licensed veterinary TeleAdvice team
- Collaborate with clinics and operations for a seamless experience
- Represent Petfolk’s values with empathy and professionalism
What You Need
- 1+ year of veterinary customer service experience (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
- Quiet, reliable home workspace with high-speed internet
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice to Have
- Experience with Vetspire, Gladly CRM, or EMR systems
- Familiarity with Slack and Google Suite
