- Salary range: $65,000–$72,000/year (final offer based on skills, experience, and location)
What You’ll Do
- Supervise cash posting staff, ensuring accurate and timely processing of revenue receipts
- Oversee unapplied balances, refunds, and administrative posting processes
- Develop and implement work procedures that drive efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor workflows and adjust team focus to align with business priorities
- Manage recruitment, training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Handle escalated issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with leadership and peers on posting activities, analysis, and month-end processes
- Conduct audits, provide feedback, and back up other managers as needed
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Billing, collections, or posting background in healthcare required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn technical systems (ERP, clearinghouse, imaging)
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical ability to leverage data for decision-making and performance improvement
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
