Schedule

- Remote (US-based, preference for Colorado candidates)
- Reports to COO
What You’ll Do
- Answer phone and email inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Schedule jobs, estimates, and follow-ups in Jobber (CRM)
- Respond to all client requests within 1 business hour
- Confirm instructions, special requests, and details for the field team
- Conduct post-job follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction
- Track KPIs like response time, conversion, and satisfaction scores
- Assist with special projects like seasonal check-ins, loyalty programs, and referrals
What You Need
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy with CRMs (Jobber), phones (Dialpad), and office tools
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Approachable personality and reliable work ethic
Bonus Points
- Experience in home services, hospitality, or property management
- Familiarity with Grand County, Colorado
