What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Manage open orders through fulfillment, including delivery issues and payment disputes
- Maintain customer resources like portals, pricing, part numbers, and quality audits
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to support customer needs
- Track and analyze key account metrics and recommend process improvements
- Utilize demand forecasting to anticipate needs and manage inventory levels
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM tools, databases, and customer portals
- Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and presentations
- Advanced knowledge of contractual agreements preferred
