Schedule
- Part-time (flexible scheduling)
- Fully remote (US-based)
- Currently prefer candidates from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas
- Paid training provided
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls for a wide range of businesses across North America
- Deliver friendly, professional communication in every interaction
- Navigate cloud-based tools across multiple screens to log detailed messages
- Work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
- Showcase reliability, patience, and teamwork
What You Need
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in customer support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and troubleshoot minor computer issues
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Hardwired internet (20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload), USB headset, keyboard, and mouse
- Previous call center experience is a plus
