What You’ll Do
- Provide software and technical support for PatientNow applications
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving software and related hardware (scanners, barcode readers, cameras, credit card equipment)
- Accurately document cases in the CRM ticketing system
- Escalate priority issues and follow up with clients as needed
- Guide users through best practices to maximize efficiency and satisfaction
- Stay current with software updates and industry trends
What You Need
- Prior software support experience (EMR/Practice Management preferred)
- Strong technical skills with remote access tools (LogMeIn Remote)
- CRM and ticketing system experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and deliver user-friendly solutions
