Schedule
- Remote role, US hours (20–40 hours per week)
- Flexible scheduling with opportunities for holiday and overtime pay
Responsibilities
- Upload and curate engaging multimedia content, managing daily interactions and inquiries
- Develop and maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, and posts across platforms
- Monitor conversations, reviews, and feedback to build strong audience relationships
- Research audience profiles, industry trends, and competitor campaigns for insights
- Collaborate with internal teams on content development and promotional strategies
- Research influencers, products, and businesses for partnership opportunities
- Write compelling captions, descriptions, and content for social media posts
- Support social media ad campaigns in collaboration with the Ad Manager
- Provide general administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, or certification in marketing/business
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2 level or higher)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in design fundamentals, layouts, typography, and web/print design
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, or similar tools
- A compelling creative portfolio showcasing a range of social media or design projects
Technical Requirements
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Working webcam
- Computer with minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
- Primary internet: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection)
- Backup internet: at least 10 Mbps
