Schedule

  • Remote role, US hours (20–40 hours per week)
  • Full-time availability
  • Flexible scheduling with overtime and holiday pay

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring satisfaction
  • Build trust and relationships with customer accounts through open communication
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, accounts, and documentation
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and improve their experience
  • Support ad hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (B2C or B2B)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities
  • Tech savvy, with familiarity in CRM, VoIP, desktop sharing, and cloud services
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Calendar, and online scheduling tools
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented

Technical Requirements

  • USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Working webcam
  • Computer with minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
  • Primary internet: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection)
  • Backup internet: at least 10 Mbps
