Schedule
- Seasonal, full-time, remote within the US
- Must meet home office requirements (hardwired internet, distraction-free environment, and bandwidth minimums: 40 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up)
What You’ll Do
- Review resumes, interview candidates, and recommend new hires
- Manage onboarding tasks, personnel paperwork, and data entry
- Create offer letters, run background checks, and administer new hire packages
- Validate HR data for equipment shipments
- Respond to candidate inquiries and keep applications updated
- Prepare weekly reports on hiring and onboarding metrics
- Escalate issues promptly while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
What You Need
- Experience with recruitment processes, interviews, and applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, OneDrive)
- Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
- Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Comfortable with video interviews and phone-based work
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or some college completed
- Experience completing contract assignments
- Strong collaboration skills and eagerness to learn quickly
Compensation
- $25.00/hour
