What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain the Therapy Flow WordPress site for speed, usability, and performance
- Build and launch new pages and landing pages optimized for SEO and lead generation
- Keep the site updated with new programs, services, and products
- Conduct website audits to fix issues, improve UX, and boost site performance
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic
- Optimize blogs, articles, and web content with keywords and best practices
- Monitor technical SEO (site speed, structured data, crawlability, indexing)
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO, conversion rates, and engagement
- Test and refine pages to maximize conversions and leads
- Collaborate with marketing to align site content with paid media and campaigns
What You Need
- 3+ years of WordPress website management and SEO experience
- Proven record of driving organic traffic and lead generation
- Expertise in on-page and technical SEO
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
- Ability to write and optimize blog content and landing pages
- Familiarity with CRO and UX best practices
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Passion for digital marketing and data-driven improvement
