Schedule

- Collaborate with customer success, product, and technical teams
What You’ll Do
- Provide timely, professional support across email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot technical and non-technical customer issues
- Assist clients with CRM and automation tools
- Document common issues and build resources to improve support efficiency
- Educate customers on best practices and product features
- Identify recurring concerns and share insights with the team
- Assist in onboarding new clients and contribute to FAQ/support guides
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer support experience (SaaS/tech/service background preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRMs or ticketing systems (GoHighLevel, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
