What You’ll Do
- Design and facilitate engaging training programs for Customer Success and Sales teams
- Support onboarding, ongoing development, and professional growth
- Refine training strategies using feedback and performance data
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen customer journey alignment
- Act as subject matter expert on products, processes, and customer success systems
- Manage and update knowledge base tools for accuracy and usability
What You Need
- 3+ years in sales/retention with strong KPI results
- 2+ years of training experience in sales/retention contact centers (remote delivery included)
- Instructional design and LMS knowledge (preferred)
- Strong communication and coaching skills with proven adult learning techniques
- Familiarity with platforms like Five9, Kustomer, Zendesk, Slack, and Google Suite
- Data-driven mindset and strong project management abilities
