What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and resubmit corrected claims to insurance payers
  • Analyze rejected claims and resolve errors for faster reimbursement
  • Conduct follow-ups on primary and secondary billing claims
  • Process appeals with accurate supporting documentation
  • Recommend adjustments or write-offs to management as needed
  • Generate and distribute patient balance statements
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state and federal insurance regulations

What You Need

  • 1–3 years of medical insurance claims billing/collections experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google for Business, MS Office, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of physical therapy EMR systems (a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer success-oriented mindset
