What You’ll Do
- Edit 7–15 minute talking-head educational YouTube videos
- Apply retention editing techniques to maximize viewer engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce 400+ videos across 40 channels each month
- Take on leadership opportunities as production scales
What You Need
- Proven experience editing YouTube videos with 100K+ views
- 1+ years of professional YouTube editing experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of retention editing and high-volume workflows
