Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
Responsibilities
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls and app messages from patients
- Act as second line for new patient calls and manage overflow support
- Handle external calls (medical offices, referrals, stakeholders)
- Monitor and respond to voicemail and after-hours messages
- Support scheduling: book appointments, manage cancellations, conduct follow-ups, and reschedule as needed
- Assist with central communications intake and follow-up
- Document interactions accurately and follow organizational protocols
- Perform additional administrative and patient support duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of medical receptionist or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks with empathy and professionalism
- Detail-oriented and able to adapt quickly in dynamic environments
