Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Standard weekday schedule with flexibility during month-end close or escalations
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for department systems and processes
- Ensure daily balancing and accurate payment deposits per company guidelines
- Monitor activity and provide real-time support to staff as needed
- Handle escalations and assist with high-volume workloads
- Provide training and mentorship to new staff during onboarding
- Assist with departmental reporting and month-end close responsibilities
- Respond to internal and external written communication professionally
- Partner with leadership to stay updated on policies, products, and procedures
- Update and improve documentation of departmental policies and workflows
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in business-related field preferred
- 3+ years of payment processing experience
- Experience handling escalations, mentoring, and/or training team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with ability to work across all levels of management
Compensation & Benefits
