Schedule
- Temporary remote position
- Full-time availability required
- Must complete required digital assessments and testing before hire
- Overtime and flexible scheduling may be required during disaster events
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, following client-specific guidelines
- Provide disaster relief information and resources to callers
- Verify, update, and document customer information in multiple databases
- Follow-up with callers as needed to ensure resolution
- Conduct outbound calls for surveys and information-gathering as directed
- Adhere to strict shift schedules and performance expectations
- Use statistical contact center data to inform improvements in service delivery
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior call center or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple web-based systems simultaneously
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment testing
- Must have high-speed wired internet (fiber, DSL, or cable only; no hotspots, satellite, or wireless)
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Clearance level eligibility required
