Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Flexible working hours with required overlap with HQ (Washington, DC)
- Collaboration across content, design, and marketing teams
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
- Manage online communities, engaging with followers and responding to comments and questions
- Track cultural trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inform strategy
- Partner with design, video, and content teams to distribute campaigns and assets
- Maintain and evolve brand voice and social media guidelines for consistency
- Monitor performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Experiment with new content formats and features to drive engagement and growth
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media or content marketing
- Strong knowledge of major platforms and video-first channels (Instagram, TikTok)
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience building and growing brand social channels (portfolio encouraged)
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects
- Strong collaboration skills working cross-functionally with creative teams
Bonus Points
- On-camera or content creation experience
- Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer
- Background in B2B tech or SaaS
- Experience partnering with external creative agencies
