- Full-time, remote role
- Flexible work hours with overlap required with HQ (Washington, DC)
- Some cross-functional coordination with global teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during onboarding and launch
- Deliver a proactive, supportive onboarding experience for high-value clients
- Guide customers through platform setup, configuration, and activation
- Provide training, product education, and light technical support to ensure confidence in using the platform
- Coordinate with internal teams (App Launch, Migrations, Product) for seamless customer activations
- Align onboarding activities with customer goals to drive adoption and ROI
- Monitor client progress, proactively address blockers, and escalate when needed
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, video, and SMS
- Share onboarding insights with internal teams to support feedback loops and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management (SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence explaining technical concepts in a simple, approachable way
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Familiarity with video platforms or digital community tools a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with urgency and adaptability
- Passion for customer success and a proactive, team-first mindset
