Schedule
- Full-time role, remote (must live in the contiguous US)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EDT
- Some holidays/weekends may be required during peak seasons
Responsibilities
- Make 200+ outbound calls daily to consumers interested in connecting with financial advisors
- Guide users through scheduling advisor consultations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Use CRM systems to accurately log all interactions, challenges, and outcomes
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (qualitative and quantitative)
- Proactively identify and escalate recurring pain points to improve customer experience
- Contribute insights to cross-functional teams and support additional projects as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of high-volume call center experience (100+ outbound calls/day required)
- Proven ability to hit quotas and conversion metrics in a sales-driven environment
- Quick learner with adaptability to user and business needs
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a metrics-focused, fast-paced startup culture
