Schedule
- Full-time role, remote work-from-home
- Call Center hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Mandatory 4-week intensive training program required at the start of employment
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, high-quality customer service to pet families during sensitive conversations
- Answer a high volume of calls and accurately document pets’ medical information
- Schedule appointments and manage records efficiently
- Guide families through emotional discussions in a calm and supportive manner
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards while maintaining empathy
- Use software tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, and Zoom
What You Need
- Experience in high call-volume environments, customer service, or call centers
- Previous work-from-home experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes quickly
- Dependable, punctual, and able to meet attendance and scheduling standards
- Ability to navigate emotional conversations with patience and compassion

Compensation: $16.00 per hour (hourly, non-exempt, eligible for overtime)
