Schedule
- Full-time, hourly role
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm EST
- 100% remote within the US
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support by troubleshooting issues and answering customer inquiries with care and accuracy.
- Act as the voice of the customer by relaying feedback to product and operations teams.
- Use CRM tools to document interactions and track resolutions.
- Solve complex issues with curiosity and persistence.
- Help shape and scale the support function as the company grows.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Tier 1 or Lead Customer Support, ideally in technology-focused support.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical steps clearly.
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills.
- Bonus: experience in healthcare support environments or with CRM/ticketing systems that require strict privacy compliance.
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $41–$48, depending on geographic location and experience
