Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote (US only)
  • Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm MST

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with navigating online insurance shopping and obtaining health insurance quotes.
  • Answer billing and administrative questions via phone, chat, and email.
  • Document all interactions in support ticketing software.
  • Work in a high-volume contact center environment with a focus on quick and thorough resolutions.
  • Propose process and product improvements based on customer feedback.

What You Need

  • 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Strong multitasking and productivity skills.
  • Passion for helping people, especially with healthcare.
  • Experience with support ticketing or CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
