Schedule
- Remote role within the U.S.
- 20–40 hours per week, U.S. business hours
- Variety of client-facing and administrative real estate tasks
What You’ll Do
- Manage listings, transaction documentation, and customer inquiries
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects from multiple lead sources
- Track leads, buyers, and sellers through CRM systems
- Oversee staging, repairs, and open-house coordination
- Research market insights and local amenities for client support
- Schedule appointments and meetings between buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents
- Handle administrative and ad hoc real estate tasks
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or certified course in a business-related field
- 1+ year of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency with CRM and Multiple Listing Software
- Familiarity with property management tools (AppFolio, Buildium, etc.)
- Strong written content and copywriting ability
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
- Solid organizational and time management skills
Technical Requirements
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Working webcam
- Computer with 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM or higher
- Internet: 25 Mbps primary / 10 Mbps backup
