Schedule
- Remote role within the U.S.
- 20–40 hours per week, U.S. business hours
- Variety of design tasks supporting marketing, branding, and campaigns
What You’ll Do
- Design visuals for blogs, articles, websites, social media, and email campaigns
- Upload content, manage publishing schedules, and track campaigns
- Collaborate with writers to create illustrations and graphics
- Proofread visual materials and test graphics across platforms
- Brainstorm and execute creative concepts that align with brand identity
- Develop video and motion graphics consistent with company branding
- Support marketing campaigns with design strategy and scheduling
- Handle administrative and ad hoc design tasks
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1–2 years of professional design experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch)
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, and layouts for print and digital
- Portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across platforms
- Solid organizational and time management skills
Technical Requirements
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Working webcam
- Computer with 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM or higher
- Internet: 25 Mbps primary / 10 Mbps backup
