Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (Pennsylvania residents only)
- Paid training provided
- Must be 18 years or older
- Consistent attendance required to support customer needs
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from customers of a major telecommunications company
- Process payments for wireless, wireline, and connect accounts
- Manage customer accounts by sending invoices, setting up autopay, and preventing account suspension
- Document account activity accurately and resolve issues identified by management or quality control
- Adhere to FDCPA, state, and city laws as well as company compliance standards
- Maintain strong public relations and customer satisfaction
- Assist managers with special projects as needed
- Stay focused and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (BA preferred)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience required
- Call center or collections experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to handle calls throughout the entire shift with no distractions
- Proficiency with technology and multitasking across multiple systems and tabs
- Strong math skills for payment and account-related tasks
- Reliable attendance and a commitment to meeting performance goals
Work-at-Home Requirements
- InteLogix-provided computer (during employment)
- Two personal computer monitors with cables to connect to InteLogix system
- High-speed internet via wired ethernet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) – no satellite or hotspot
- WiFi must remain disabled during work hours
- Private, distraction-free workspace with a door

- $16.00 per hour
