Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role within the U.S.
- Must maintain punctuality and adhere to schedule requirements
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer calls regarding water or wastewater services
- Educate customers on billing details, payment options, and assistance programs
- Provide accurate information and first-call resolution whenever possible
- Assist with account management, including service updates and personal information changes
- Document customer interactions in call tracking systems
- Handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Meet performance goals and deadlines under pressure
- Perform additional duties as required
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to empathize and maintain a professional image with customers
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems, accurate typing, and mouse use
- Commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive information
