Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role
- Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (flexibility required on weekends/holidays)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as primary contact for customers via phone
- Process requests for new service, terminations, or reconnections
- Resolve billing inquiries and complaints with empathy and accuracy
- Guide customers through payment plans and affordability solutions
- Accurately document interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with departments to resolve escalated issues
- Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends
- Consistently meet or exceed satisfaction goals and performance metrics
What You Need
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Prior customer service experience required
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once
- Strong attendance record and reliability
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check required
Compensation
- $12.50 per hour, plus $4/hour PLP bonus for working 38+ hours per week
