Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Flexibility to work business hours as required

Compensation

  • $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Contact clients to schedule medical exams required for life insurance policies
  • Use internal systems to identify client requirements and ensure smooth policy upgrades or approvals
  • Handle inbound customer service calls, troubleshoot issues, and respond to voicemails and emails promptly
  • Maintain organized documentation of client interactions and paperwork
  • Deliver professional service to clients, carrier representatives, and colleagues
  • Keep caseload current and ensure regular client communication
  • Maintain call and email quality standards to uphold strong customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous remote phone customer service experience preferred
  • Strong time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-deadline environment
  • 40+ WPM typing speed
  • Minimum internet download speed of 50 Mbps for remote work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
