Schedule
- Pay: $13.50–$16.50 per hour
- Hours: Monday–Friday, standard 8-hour shifts
- Fully remote role
Responsibilities
- Recover outstanding medical debt while upholding professionalism and integrity
- Maintain productivity goals and manage all assigned accounts effectively
- Make and receive continuous calls via auto dialer for a full shift
- Document all collection activity and maintain organized account records
- Respond quickly and accurately to patient questions and concerns
- Ensure compliance with FDCPA, HIPAA, and applicable state and federal laws
- Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ year of collections experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (30+ WPM typing)
- Ability to document activity clearly and respond promptly to inquiries
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
