Schedule

  • Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
  • Hours: Mon–Fri, shifts between 8:00 AM–7:00 PM ET
  • Fully remote role

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls to resolve balances or set up payment plans
  • Deliver superior customer service while following client policies and compliance guidelines (FDCPA, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Document all interactions and organize account records
  • Utilize client software systems effectively for billing and collections
  • Manage consecutive calls in a high-volume call center environment
  • Model professionalism when handling challenging accounts or patient concerns

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of call center experience
  • Accounts receivable or healthcare billing/collections experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
