Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • High-volume outbound/inbound client calls

Responsibilities

  • Manage overdue accounts by contacting clients and identifying solutions to bring loans current
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and compliance to company policies
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and performance goals
  • Maintain accurate records of delinquent accounts and resolution status
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department-wide targets

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales or telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional in demeanor
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
