Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime
What You’ll Do
- Present information and answer initial questions about partner universities’ online programs
- Deliver friendly, accurate, and compliant service to prospective students
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume contact center environment
- Document interactions in company systems with accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate across teams to support enrollment efforts
- Provide feedback on systems, processes, and student experiences
- Participate in special projects as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, call centers, recruitment, or student enrollment
- Service-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high call volumes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
- Openness to feedback and adaptability in optimizing performance
