Play a key role in maintaining payroll tax data accuracy for OSV customers. As a Tax Data Specialist, you’ll manage profile updates, resolve cases, and ensure compliance with tax requirements across multiple systems.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as primary contact for customers on payroll tax data and applications
- Manage cases for assigned teams, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Update customer information across systems (TPA, TaxEx, Workday, etc.)
- Support proactive cases related to data or configuration anomalies
- Review and analyze employee and employer payroll tax data
- Meet quality and productivity metrics while maintaining compliance
- Provide feedback to improve FAQs and knowledge resources
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Working knowledge of payroll and payroll tax processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field
- Experience with multistate business tax registrations or licensing
- Prior payroll outsourcing experience
- Familiarity with TaxEx, Workday, PeopleSoft, or other ERP payroll systems
