Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA)
- Training: Paid, 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET
- Work schedules (ET):
- Thurs–Sun, 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Sat–Tues, 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- 100% attendance required during first 60 days
What You’ll Do
- Engage with past-due customers by phone with dignity and respect
- Identify reasons for account delinquency and guide repayment solutions
- Negotiate effectively to secure win-win repayment agreements
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Deliver high-quality customer interactions in a virtual call center environment
What You Need
- 1+ year in customer-focused, solutions-oriented roles
- Experience with negotiation and/or sales, overcoming objections
- Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence handling challenging conversations with empathy and persistence
- Quick problem-solving skills to recommend repayment solutions
- Tech-savviness and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Growth mindset with openness to feedback
