- Must reside in the United States
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking Medicare or ACA health plan options
- Provide guidance, assess coverage needs, and recommend suitable plans
- Enroll customers and document all interactions while ensuring compliance with CMS and HIPAA
What You Need
- Active Resident Life & Health Insurance License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills with ability to type 25+ WPM
- Previous insurance sales or call center experience preferred
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
- Reliable internet (15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, no hotspots or satellite) and a quiet workspace
