Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST

Responsibilities

  • Answer and triage incoming phone calls and app messages from patients
  • Serve as overflow support for multiple practices
  • Act as second-line contact for new patient calls
  • Handle incoming calls from external providers and referral requests
  • Check and respond to voicemails and after-hours messages
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on no-shows/cancellations
  • Support schedule adjustments when providers are out
  • Work through appointment ticklers and central communications intake
  • Collaborate with practice staff to maintain smooth operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of medical receptionist or customer service experience
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish required)
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
