Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- Compensation: $16.00/hour
- Requires flexibility to work additional or modified hours as business needs demand
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with inquiries, orders, billing, account maintenance, or technical support
- Listen actively, identify root causes, and resolve issues effectively and courteously
- Build rapport with customers through empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
- Assist with order processing, returns/exchanges, and shipment tracking
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to resolve escalated inquiries
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 100 Mbps internet speed (remote requirement)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Previous customer service or phone-handling experience preferred
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues with ownership and accountability
- Familiarity with computer applications, data entry, and typing proficiency
- Adaptability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
