Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position (Nationwide, US)
  • Requires availability for inbound/outbound calls, assessments, and scheduling support

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound member calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Complete telephonic intake screenings and program assessments (audio/video)
  • Conduct outreach calls to engage new members and encourage participation
  • Route calls to the appropriate clinician when necessary
  • Assist members with appointment scheduling and follow-up support
  • Navigate multiple technology platforms simultaneously (EHR, call center, apps)
  • Collaborate with clinicians, team leads, and managers to support care delivery
  • Compose thoughtful, personalized responses to member inquiries
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve member issues and ensure positive experiences
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of healthcare or clinical experience required
  • Call center or customer service agent experience strongly preferred
  • Basic understanding of EHR/EMR applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable setting up and maintaining company-issued equipment (laptop, monitor, etc.)
  • Must live in the United States
