What You’ll Do
- Respond to correspondence and resolve personal injury lien claims in a timely manner
- Communicate with attorneys and doctors to exchange case updates
- Accurately document claim status updates and follow up until resolution
- Assess and negotiate settlement offers with attorneys to improve client outcomes
What You Need
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience or education in medical billing or legal studies
- Strong organizational skills to track and manage multiple claims
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn proprietary software
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
