- Pay range: $38,000 – $41,000 annually (USD)

What You’ll Do
- Handle support calls, tickets, and inquiries while delivering superior customer service
- Complete data-entry, quality control, and client information updates
- Research and resolve incomplete entries or escalated issues
- Coordinate tasks such as inbox management, scheduling, and reporting
- Manage daily inquiries through Zendesk or other CRM platforms
- Cross-train within the Law Firm Services team and provide backup support as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all client interactions
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of related experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under tight schedules
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
