- Full-time position with annual bonus eligibility
- $18/hour base pay
What You’ll Do
- Verify employment, education, licenses, certifications, and references using phone, email, fax, and online databases
- Handle personal identifying information with confidentiality and care
- Communicate professionally with employers, schools, boards, and applicants
- Log detailed notes and prepare accurate reports on screenings
- Analyze documents and data for accuracy and applicability
- Support I-9 compliance by conducting virtual meetings for Section 2 completion
- Meet or exceed departmental production and quality standards
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills, including internet searches and database lookups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Professional demeanor, especially on video calls
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with a team-player mindset
