Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm CST
  • Occasional Saturday shift may be required (scheduled in advance)
  • Remote-first role; must reside in one of the approved states listed above

What You’ll Do

  • Provide frontline support via phone and digital channels, resolving inquiries with a one-call resolution mindset
  • Assist with online banking, payment options, debit card issues, and other member needs
  • Actively listen, de-escalate, and educate members on Connexus products and services
  • Maintain accurate case notes and follow risk mitigation procedures
  • Meet performance metrics including call quality, case handling, and service goals
  • Build trust and integrity with members while safeguarding their information
  • Participate in organizational projects and contribute to continuous improvement

What You Need

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and remain professional under pressure
  • Proficiency using Windows, internet, and databases to support member needs
  • Self-starter with eagerness to learn and grow
  • Coachable and collaborative, open to feedback and continuous development
