Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (US-based)
- Must maintain reliable internet and distraction-free workspace
- Strong commitment to attendance and schedule adherence, including 100% training participation and 90-day production attendance
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review claims for accuracy before submission
- Edit, submit, and track claims in line with procedures
- Follow up on outstanding accounts to secure payment from payers and patients
- Escalate complex claims to senior specialists
- Audit accounts for compliance and accuracy
- Support banking functions: setup, reconciliation, and payment processing
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of billing, collections, or call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Integrity in handling confidential information
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills, with resilience during challenging calls
- Familiarity with Co-Pay Assistance programs (a plus)
