What You’ll Do
- Oversee virtual IOP caseloads and complete peer reviews with insurance providers
- Manage pre-certifications and continued stay authorizations for clients
- Follow up on outstanding authorizations and escalate barriers as needed
- Partner with Admissions and Revenue teams to improve client experience
- Deliver training to clinical teams on documentation standards
- Collaborate with leadership to troubleshoot workflows and improve efficiency
- Provide mentorship and contribute specialized knowledge across teams
What You Need
- Master’s degree in a healthcare field (preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in a utilization review role within healthcare (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and relationship-building skills
- Project management ability and detail orientation in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of patient confidentiality requirements and commitment to compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Benefits
- Target base salary: $53,000–$70,000 annually
- Performance-based bonus available; total cash comp: $58,000–$77,000
