Schedule
- Part-time, W2 role (minimum 10 hours/week)
- Preferred availability:
- Mon–Thu, 3–8pm MT (highly preferred)
- Mon–Thu, 10–2pm MT
- Fri/Sat availability strongly preferred
- Remote, U.S.-based (role not available in AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, or Washington DC)
What You’ll Do
- Open groups and manage technical setup for daily client sessions
- Welcome clients virtually, facilitate entry, and answer questions
- Monitor group attendance, follow up with absent clients, and verify records
- Communicate client absences, tech issues, or concerns with the team and families
- Send calendar invites and reminders to ensure session attendance
- Track alumni or family groups and administer surveys
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned
What You Need
- Previous experience supporting clients across age groups (children, teens, young adults, adults) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with client-facing virtual interactions
- U.S. work authorization; native or bilingual English proficiency
- Reliable tech setup and secure WiFi connection
- Proficiency with Slack, Gmail, Zoom, Google Drive, EMR systems, and spreadsheets
